In the meantime, I will tell you what you can expect now that you’ve made the wise choice to let me write for you. Within the next 48 to 72 hours, I will:
1.) Reach out to you regarding your content/documentation project to get some basic information from you, such as topic, scope, preferred voice, samples available (if applicable.) deadline requirements and any other data or information that might be relevant to the project.
2.) I will create a new project in my client management portal, so that we can collaborate on the project, communicate and share files. I will then email you details on how to log in to the portal and begin collaborating with me on the project.
3.) Create a plan to produce the content/documentation as soon as possible and get you a draft for review.
